I came across this adorable papaya bowl picture on Pinterest the other day, and thought to myself, 1) that looks so yummy and 2) I could totally make that! It’s one of the easiest breakfasts I’ve ever made and definitely one of the tastiest!
Here’s what you need to do:
Get a papaya, cut it in half and scoop out the seeds in the middle, creating the “bowl’ for the other stuff. Then add yogurt (I used Trader Joe’s Greek Honey yogurt which is my fave) and sprinkle on top some granola, nuts, and berries. After that, cut some fresh limes so once the yogurt is gone you can squeeze the lime onto the papaya and eat the fruit that way. And that’s it! Super simple and easy breakfast to make and full of vitamins and antioxidants for your body!
